StrATo, or Strain Analysis Tool, is a python based applications to automatically load GE Vingmed heart strain data from compatible text files, and return different statistical data, including peak average and standard deviation, useful to determine effective heart strain curve synchrony.
The application is open source, licensed GPLv3, and currently available as python source code or compiled windows exe.
